Territory Insights Ltd (Company No. 16557139), part of the GNB Group (“we”, “us”, “our”), provides access to an online prospecting, marketing, automation, and fulfilment platform for estate and letting agents in the United Kingdom.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Territory Insights platform, software, tools, data, and services (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, completing checkout, signing a Subscription Agreement where applicable, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

The Service provides tools and insights only. Outcomes depend on your usage, market conditions, data availability, and external factors. We do not guarantee results, performance, conversion rates, or financial outcomes.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for:
Where Accounts support multiple users or branches, the primary account holder remains responsible for all actions, usage, and charges incurred within the Account.
Subscription fees are payable in advance and are displayed to you at the time of purchase, within your Account, or as confirmed in an applicable Order Form.
Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis or in accordance with a Fixed-Term Subscription. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is charged at the applicable rate at the time of billing.
The Service is provided strictly on a business-to-business basis. Statutory consumer cancellation or cooling-off rights do not apply.
Wallet purchases are separate from Subscription fees. When you purchase Units into a Wallet, you are purchasing a prepaid allowance to use specific chargeable features of the Service.
Unit prices:
Price changes apply only to future purchases and do not affect Units already purchased.
Wallet balances:
Unused Wallet balances are refundable on request, provided the applicable Units have not been used, submitted for fulfilment, or otherwise consumed.
Once Units are consumed or submitted for processing, they are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and may be subject to verification checks.
Promotional, complimentary, or bonus Units may be subject to different conditions, including non-refundability.
Once an item is submitted for processing or fulfilment, it is treated as consumed.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party printers, delivery providers, data suppliers, or external systems.
Cancellation or amendment of submitted items is subject to the rules displayed in your Account at the time of submission.
Certain features of the Service use automated logic, algorithms, predictive models, or system-generated insights, including automation workflows, reporting, attribution, and performance metrics.
These outputs are indicative only and do not constitute guarantees of accuracy, financial return, performance, or outcome.
You remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and overseeing all campaigns, actions, and decisions made using the Service.
You must not use the Service to:
All intellectual property rights in the Service and Content remain with Territory Insights Ltd or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for internal business purposes only.
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
You remain the controller of any personal data you upload or process via the Service. We act as a processor where applicable.
Property data, historic records, and third-party datasets may be incomplete, delayed, or subject to correction. We do not warrant that any data provided is complete, current, or error-free.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if you:
Where a Fixed-Term Subscription applies, termination of access does not remove your obligation to pay fees due for the remainder of the minimum term, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Territory Insights Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms or data providers. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, performance, or outputs.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance.
Changes to unit prices, packages, available features, or Service configuration do not require amendment of these Terms and may be reflected within the Service interface.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
